Become a Partnership Member
	The Partnership brings in new members at its Membership Meetings, held three times per year. Organizations interested in joining are encouraged to begin the membership process by: • Contacting Nancy Radner at the Partnership to request a membership application and learn about opportunities for involvement for your organization. • Completing the Membership Application and return it to the Partnership's office. Membership Criteria Organizations joining the Partnership to End Homelessness must: Provide services—direct or indirect—to homeless individuals or families as a function of the organization Provide services within the metropolitan Chicago area, including Cook County suburbs Actively participate in Partnership meetings Practice non-discrimination in all areas Have a functioning Board of Directors Have a 501(c)(3) designation from the Internal Revenue Service or an acceptable fiscal agent Be current in all regulatory reporting requirements, including filing an annual report with the Secretary of State and federal and state annual report forms 990 Provide a copy of a resolution from the Board of Directors supporting the organization's membership in the Partnership Membership selection will be conducted on a full-admission basis, and applying organizations will be given assistance, if needed, to meet the membership criteria. Membership Fee Members of the Partnership to End Homelessness will be asked to contribute an annual fee based on the size of the member agency's budget: Under $1 million: $100 $1 to $2 million: $250 Above $2 million: $500	More about: Our Member Roster
